How soon can I start the Servomax experience?

It depends on what service you choose. If you only order products and don’t need to install a coffee machine, we are able to open your account quickly and send you your first order within two working days.
Should you require that a machine be installed, there are different factors to consider: the availability of the equipment and whether your coffee area is ready for installation. In order to get a better idea, it is best to contact a representative to help you.

How much does the coffee service cost?

The rates for setting up a coffee service in your company vary according to the type of service you need. Our representatives will be happy to discuss the best solution for your needs. Contact us for more information. Our mission is to work with you for the well-being of your employees. Collaboration and transparency are at the heart of our values.

How does delivery work?

Our delivery system works differently, depending on the type of service you have with us.
If you opt for the white glove service, you have absolutely nothing to do. We manage the orders and the replenishment of products for you at the time of delivery. With this service, we deliver 1 to 3 times a week. For more information click here.
If you prefer to order your products via our e-shop, your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. The expected delivery will depend on your location and the method of delivery.
If you order before 3:00 p.m. and are in the Greater Montréal or Toronto areas, your order will be processed right away, and you will receive it within 24 hours. If you order after 3:00 p.m., it will be processed the next day and go out for delivery the following workday. If you are outside the Greater Montréal and Toronto areas, the delay will depend on the shipper. Learn more on our e-shop.

Do you deliver to my area?

We serve all of Canada with our national distribution service, depending on the services that you choose. For regular delivery of products such as coffees, teas and snacks to outlying regions, we use local delivery companies. If you have specific questions about delivery in your area, please contact us.

What are the different types of coffee?

There are several different types of coffee that can replace traditional filter coffee! With our wide range of machines, you will be able to discover a variety of different coffee drinks. Here are a few examples:
Espresso: Perfect for a little energy boost. Espresso is made from freshly ground beans brewed in boiling water under high pressure.
Macchiato: Same base as an espresso, but with the addition of milk foam on top. Perfect if you prefer a touch of milk in your drink.
Americano: Also known as a long espresso, the americano is an espresso that is steeped with hot water. Enjoy your drink longer and retain the strong taste of your espresso.
Latte: With an espresso base, you add steamed milk and a cloud of frothed milk on top. Simply delicious and light.
Cappuccino: Similar to the latte, a cappuccino has the same recipe but with a hint of chocolate powder on top.
Mocha: With an espresso base, hot chocolate and frothed milk on top, a mocha latte is perfect for chocolate lovers!
Flat white: An espresso base with steamed or hot milk.

What is the difference between cold brew coffee and iced coffee?

An iced coffee is a coffee that has been brewed with hot water and then left to cool and ice is added when served while cold brew is coffee that has been brewed with cold water and no ice is required. The advantage of cold brewing is that even the most subtle coffee aromas do not evaporate! The disadvantage is that the coffee must be left to brew over longer periods of time.

What are the different types of tea?

The tea world is filled with diversity! There is a wide variety of teas harvested from all over the world. To help you make the right choice, here is a short guide:
Herbal tea: Just like its name suggests, herbal tea is composed exclusively of plant and fruit extracts. Herbal teas have healing properties and are caffeine-free. Perfect to sip at any time of the day.
Green: Offering a stimulating effect with theine, green tea is energizing and promotes concentration. Without oxidation, green tea is the most consumed drink in the world after water.
Black: Energizing and full-bodied, black tea is a green tea that has been oxidized. This tea has many benefits, including stress reduction and brain stimulation thanks to its caffeine.
Rooibos: Not a part of the tea family, but rather a Fabaceae, a shrub that only grows in South Africa. Rooibos tea is caffeine-free, antioxidant and naturally sweetened.
White: With little caffeine, white tea is untreated. Its taste is the purest extraction from tea plant leaves. Natural and slightly sweet, with subtle and delicate aromas.
Mate: Half coffee, half tea, mate or yerba comes from a variety of a South American shrub. The leaves are roasted and then infused in hot water to obtain a stimulating drink rich in caffeine.
Oolong: Stimulating and known to activate the metabolism, oolong tea or wu long, is a Chinese tea. Partially oxidized, floral and light, it’s a cross between black tea and green tea.
Pu’erh: Strong, with a slightly earthy taste, pu’erh is a tea from the Camellia Sinensis plant. It comes from China and is proven to boost your metabolism and aid digestion. It is a tea that is aged.
Matcha: Made from finely ground green tea leaves, matcha is a tea of Japanese origin. It has many benefits for the body and for cognitive abilities. Whether prepared as a latte or regular green tea, it is perfect for a boost of energy!

Do you have a catalogue?

When you are a Servomax customer, you have full access to our inventory via our e-commerce site. If you are not our client yet and want to see our available products, we invite you to check out our product categories here. If you are looking for specific products or brands, we certainly have it, contact us and a representative will assist you!

How to store coffee and tea?

In order to keep the freshness and flavour of your coffee and tea for as long as possible, we advise you to avoid high temperatures, humidity and light. However, most of our coffees are hermetically packaged to avoid oxidation. As for teas, leave them in closed metal cans or hermetically sealed tea pouches. Do not store your coffees and teas in the refrigerator!

Are coffee capsules recyclable?

We are aware of the importance of recycling and reducing our environmental footprint. We have set up a new initiative in partnership with Nespresso. We take care of picking up your used capsules to ensure that the aluminum is recycled, and the coffee grounds are composted. This service is free for our Nespresso customers in certain areas.
For other capsules such as Keurig, some of them are now recyclable, the logo is written on the capsule. We are implementing more and more actions to reduce waste. Learn more about this.

What machines do you offer?

We offer different types of machines, to meet your needs. For aficionados of freshly ground coffee, we offer a wide range of bean coffee machines such as Top Brewer, HLF, Starbucks Serenade, Starbucks Icup. Click here for more information.

I would like to see and/or try the machine before renting or buying it, is it possible?

Of course, you can! Our sales team is trained to help you find the ideal machine for your business. However, we know that sometimes, if a machine is not a perfect fit, it will need to be changed. You will find the ideal machine for your work environment. Explore our wide range of machines!

There' s something wrong with my machine. What can I do?

You contact our technical service department which is open Monday to Friday, with any problem or question you have. They will be able to help you quickly and have a technician intervene within three hours if necessary (for Montréal & Toronto). Find out more here.

How do I clean my machine?

If you have not opted for our white glove service, your technician will explain how to clean it during the installation of your new machine. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact technical support for help. If you have an HLF, we have put videos online available to you through our YouTube channel to help you.

Can I wash the removable parts of my machine in the dishwasher?

We recommend washing the removable parts by hand with a mild soap and rinsing well with water. Using the dishwasher could damage your machine in the long run! We offer products to maintain and clean your machine safely.

Is it possible to have a coffee machine that does not require a water supply?

Of course, it is possible! We have certain coffee machines that do not require a water supply, so you can place it anywhere you like! With Nespresso we have the Zenius and the Gemini. In addition, most of our pod machines (https://servomax.com/machines/single-serve/) do not require a direct water supply.
