How does teamwork improve the quality of service?
On an autumn morning, as Servomax’s Senior Vice President and General Manager was about to read his e-mails, a particular email caught his eye. It was a positive testimonial from a customer he worked closely with throughout the years. Carefully reading the words shared in this e-mail, he decided to forward this message to the whole team quickly.
The day-to-day efforts of each member on our team contributes significantly to our customers’ satisfaction, and when we receive positive feedback from them, we can’t help but smile with pride.
So we’d like to take a moment to share the email with our followers as well:

Hi Simon,
I worked for 5 years [with the team]. I’m now in a new position, so I’ll no longer be working [with Servomax] (my replacement has not yet been appointed).
I just wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on the excellent work and service we received from your employees.
Julie [Senior Account Manager] was always available for a chat when I had questions, and she worked on our many projects (opening new offices, renegotiating contracts, researching new products, changing coffee machines, producing consumption reports, etc.).
Daryl [our service and product delivery man] has always carried out our hundreds of deliveries with discretion, good humor and good stock rotation.
When we had technical problems with the machines, the technical service team and technicians responded quickly to solve the problem, often within the same day.
