There’s a reason the Iced Caramel Latte is a universal crowd-pleaser: it’s cool, silky, and turns a regular coffee break into a tiny moment of “wow”. It’s fast and easy to make, and can be customized to your liking.

This iced caramel latte comes together in minutes and works perfectly with the machines many Servomax clients already have on-site (Nespresso Professional, HLF bean-to-cup, or Flavia).

Ingredient Benefits

Espresso: One shot typically delivers ~60–80 mg caffeine for alertness and focus.

Caramel: Toffee/butterscotch notes read as warm and indulgent treat boosting overall morale.

Milk: Low sugar content and saturated fat content. High in fiber and protein.

Sea Salt: Salt dampens bitterness and boosts perceived sweetness.

Vanilla: Vanilla’s aroma signals “sweet” to your brain, so drinks taste sweeter even with less syrup.

Whipped Cream: Dairy whip provides a little calcium and vitamin A, and makes the drink taste more rich.

Iced Caramel Latte Variations

-Salted Caramel: Add a tiny pinch of sea salt to the caramel before stirring.

Light/Sugar-reduced: Use 1 tsp caramel + a few drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit.

Dairy-free: Oat, almond, or soy milk work great; aim for a barista blend for better texture.

Blended Frappé: Blend everything with a cup of ice until smooth; top with caramel drizzle.

Ingredients

1 to 1 tbsp of caramel

1 to 2 shots of espresso or 90-120 ml of regular coffee

180 -200 ml cold milk

6-8 ice cubes

Vanilla

Sea Salt

Whipped cream

Directions

Step 1 Flavor base: Add 1–2 tbsp of caramel to your glass. Optionally, add ⅛ tsp of vanilla and a micro-pinch of sea salt. Stir to combine.

Step 2Add ice – Fill the glass about ¾ full with 6–8 ice cubes.

Step 3Add milk – Pour in 180–200 ml of cold milk. Stir so the caramel dissolves into the milk.

Step 4 Add coffee – Brew 2 shots of espresso (≈60 ml total) or 90–120 ml of strong coffee and let it cool for 1 minute or longer. Then pour the espresso over the milk and ice.

Step 5 – Taste & adjust – Try it first, if you want it sweeter, stir in another 1 tsp of caramel, or vanilla. To finish, you can add 2 tbsp of whipped cream and a tiny sprinkle of salt on top for “salted caramel.”
