We are currently looking for a Full Service Operator/Delivery Driver.

We are currently seeking an agile, reliable, outgoing individual to join our team of coffee experts. Our full-service offering consists of regular visits to client locations to deliver and service their coffee stations. The Full-Service Operator/Delivery Driver will provide exceptional customer service by managing and delivering customer orders in a timely fashion. The candidate is a dependable, attentive person who will have a crucial role in the satisfaction of our customers and will act as a brand ambassador when visiting clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers and scheduled locations, ensuring timely service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial clients
  • Handle merchandise and equipment with care, ensuring their proper storage and transportation
  • Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure that truck/vehicle is properly loaded with all products required to properly service all scheduled deliveries
  • Unload requested products at delivery site
  • Collect empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise
  • Control and stock inventory at client locations to par level
  • Clean and maintain on-site coffee machines
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize delivery routes.
  • Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while representing the company professionally and handling product and equipment
  • Keep company vehicle clean and organized (perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections)

 

About you:

 

  • You have a valid driver’s license with a clean/good driving record
  • You have proven experience in a delivery or customer-facing role
  • You can follow written and verbal instructions
  • You have the physical ability to carry out duties outlined for the position
  • You are friendly and approachable
  • You have strong communication skills – at ease communicating in both French and English
  • You are reliable and punctual
  • You have a customer-centric mentality with a passion for service
  • Comfortable with technology (email, teams, MS Office Suite, mobile phone/tablet)
